Terms of Service

RankPerch is operated by Internet Com Sucesso Ltda, a company registered in São Paulo, Brazil, serving customers internationally. You can reach us at support@rankperch.com. By creating an account or using RankPerch, you agree to these terms.

RankPerch checks where your products appear in Amazon search results for the keywords you choose, on the Amazon marketplaces we support, once a day, and shows you the history.

Rankings on Amazon change constantly and vary by shopper, location, and time of day. The positions we report are point-in-time snapshots and estimates. They are useful for spotting trends, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, and you should not treat any single data point as exact.

RankPerch is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. “Amazon” is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use RankPerch.
• One account per person. Don’t share your account or create multiple accounts to get extra trials or keyword slots.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Give us a real email address — it’s how we send receipts and important notices.

• Price: $14 per month, which includes tracking for up to 50 keywords.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month and your card is charged at each renewal, until you cancel.
• Free trial: 7 days, card required up front. Your first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.
• After cancellation we keep your tracked data for 90 days so you can reactivate without starting over. After that it is deleted.

Use RankPerch for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from RankPerch, or access it by any automated means other than the features we provide.
• Resell, redistribute, or provide access to RankPerch data or your account to third parties.
• Probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security or limits of the service.
• Use the service in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first.

The keywords and ASINs you track, and the rank history we collect for them, belong to your account. If you delete your account, all of your tracked data is removed. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep RankPerch running and checking your keywords every day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific uptime. Daily checks can occasionally be delayed or missed — for example during maintenance, or when our data sources are unavailable. We’ll do our best to catch up quickly.

RankPerch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the service or its data for any particular purpose. Business decisions you make based on RankPerch data are your own.

RankPerch provides information, not results. We do not promise or guarantee that your rankings, traffic, sales, or business will improve from using the service.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claims related to RankPerch is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales, or lost data.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or testimonials, we may use them to improve or promote RankPerch without owing you anything. If we quote you by name and you’d rather we didn’t, email us and we’ll take it down.

If RankPerch is ever sold or transferred to a new operator, these terms and our privacy commitments transfer with it, and we’ll notify you of the change.

Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control — outages of Amazon or our data providers, natural disasters, war, or similar disruptions.

If your violation of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is significant, we’ll notify you by email or with a notice in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using RankPerch after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of São Paulo, Brazil are the venue for any dispute. Where the consumer-protection law of your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, nothing here takes that right away.
